Come celebrate your next birthday party here at our fully equipped gym. Our parties are the perfect combination of gymnastics and fun for boys and girls ages 3+.
Booking: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on the way of the party in cash. Fill out our online form today to request a call back from Triumph Gymnastics.
Our Packages
Party fun package
- One hour of party activities including parachute warm-up, obstacle course, gymnastics themed games and event rotations on trampoline, bars, rings, beam, and net
- Half hour of party celebration with pizza and cake
- Bring your own: party paper goods, pizza, cake, drinks, and party favors
Super party package
- One hour of party activities including parachute warm-up, obstacle course, gymnastics themed games and event rotations on trampoline, bars, rings, beam, and net
- Half hour of party celebration with pizza and cake
- Party paper goods, pizza, cake, coffee and drinks (soda/water/juice)
- Bring your own: party favors
Inflatable bouncer with slide and obstacle course is now included in every party!
General Party Information
- Parties start on time and end on time so please don't be late! Party parents should be here 15 minutes prior to your party to greet the guests. You have 10 minutes after your party to gather your gifts and prepare to leave. If you exceed 15 minutes, you will be charged a fee of $50.
- There is a $80.00 charge for an additional instructor if you have more than 16 children in your party.This is a requirement and no more than 25 kids permitted.
- Extra 1/2 hour: $150
- Parents are not allowed to use any kind of equipment any way while inside the gym. The party is subject to being stopped if this occurs.
- No shoes or food/drink on gym floor.
- Children under the age of three and those with special needs must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when on the floor. Please let the instructor know of any specific health care needs.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur at Triumph Gymnastics Center. All children participate with the understanding of potential risk.
Party Payment Information
- All party reservations are taken at Triumph Gymnastics and require a non-refundable deposit
- of $100. Credit card or cash only for deposit.
- If your child becomes ill on the day of his/her party, we will postpone it to the next
- available date and time.
- Your balance on the day of the party must be paid in cash.
- Gratuities are not included, but greatly appreciated.
Guidelines for Party Packages
Party Fun
- If you choose package #1, you must set up for the party, serve all the food, and clean up
- after your party.
- Please make arrangements prior to the date of your party for pizza. The pizza should be cut into 16 slices and should be delivered 20 minutes after the start of your party.
- In order for your party to run smoothly, make sure you have the following: paper cups, plates for pizza/cake, napkins, spoons, 3 plastic table clothes, candles, and drinks.
- Please no finger food (i.e. cookies, popcorn, chips, pretzels, M&Ms, etc.) during parties.
- No electrical appliances.
- No open fire or hot food permitted.
- Please bring plastic bags to take presents home.
Super Party
- If you chose package #2, sit back and relax! We will take care of everything.
- Please bring your own goody bags.
- Please let us know one week in advance how many children you will be having.
