At Triumph Gymnastics, we are proud to offer various competitive team programs for ages 5+. Our experienced staff will help your child succeed while training in a positive atmosphere established in 2003. Fill out our online form today to request a call back from us.

 There is a $55 Registration Fee for all Programs.

Mini team

Our mini-team program offers the opportunity for younger gymnasts to begin preparing to compete in the USAG compulsory program. This class is invitation only and meets twice a week. Attendance is mandatory for both days.

Tuesdays and Thursday: 4:00PM-5:30PM

Level 3+ and EXCEL

Our competitive team program is locally and state recognized! With our outstanding team coaches and supportive atmosphere, each of our gymnasts has the opportunity to advance at their own pace. Our gymnasts compete across NYS and within the tri-state area.

Monday-Thursday: 5:30PM-8:30PM

Friday: 4:30PM-7:30PM

• 3x/week: Mandatory Level 3 & EXCEL
• 4x/week: Mandatory Level 4
• 5x/week: Mandatory Level 6+

No classes will be pro-rated. No make-ups available. Gymnasts will be evaluated by our team staff and placed in program according to their skills on all events. No parents allowed in the gym during the classes.
