· Pre-K/Kindergarten (ages3-4)  - 45 minutes.

This fun independent class will help make what may be your child’s first separation easy and exciting. They will learn basic skills on all gymnastics events, using our fun and colorful gymnastics equipment designed especially for our young gymnasts. There is a waiting area, where the parents are visible to the children from all areas of the gym.

1 x week , 2 x week

· Beginners (5-6 yrs) 1 hour.

This class is a more in depth gymnastics experience. Your child will be using less training equipment and will begin to learn more skills using our competition equipment.

1 x week , 2 x week

· Beginners advanced (7 & up) 1½ hour.

This class for our gymnasts ages 7 & up. They will train on all events and will begin to learn the skills needed to compete in USAG Junior Olympics level 3.

The Team Program

All team programs are by invitation only. We offer a Intermediate Team, Mini Team, Teams Level 3, 4 and up. We will be training the kids to compete and therefore attendance is absolutely mandatory. If attendance is poor your child will be asked to leave the team program.

· Intermediate(11 & up) & Twisters (7 & up) 2 hours, once a week.

This is a more intense training program designed for our serious gymnasts willing to train more intensive. They will begin to learn the Junior Olympic level 3 routines and be evaluated for our team program in June.

1 x week

· Mini Team 3 hours / week.

Our mini-team program is designated for our gymnasts ages 4-7. They will begin to learn routines and skills needed to compete in USAG Junior Olympic Program. We hope to have the girls competing in the 2008-2009 season. This class is by invitation only and will meet twice a week for an hour and a half. The class is offered in two different sessions; the children have been grouped by skill level.

Mini Team – Tues, Thurs 4:30-6:00

· Level 3, 4 hours / week

· Level 4, 7½ hours / week.

· Level 5/6 9 - 12 hours / week

 

 Registration and insurance mandatory for all classes !

 

Make-up policy thru office appointment ONLY

If a student is absent due to any reason, the missed class may be made up by attending any regularly scheduled class of the same age and skill level. The make-up class MUST be scheduled through the office. Make-ups must be completed during the registered month and may not be credited to succeeding months, ONLY TWO MAKE-UPS per month, otherwise the absences are forfeited by the individual. Make-up scheduling is the responsibility of the individual student.

 

No monetary reimbursements are applicable for classes not made up. Missed classes may not be credited towards future payments.
